"Dave got it done!!! I must say in my situation Dave absolutely went above and beyond!! As I was an out of state owner. Dave has great project management skills in order to prep., property for the sale. He also showed up for me to close which was very helpful. He has the knowledge, contact's to make a remote sale and closing successful!!! Highly recommend the Dave Mattes team for your Reading, PA properties. "My brother and sister-in-law recommended Dave to me to sell my parents house. My brother contacted Dave and we had a meeting. We made an appointment with him to come to my parents house. He told us what needed to be fixed, cleaned up. He told me who to contact to get rid of furniture, knickknacks, everything they accumulated over the years. He was polite, courteous, and personable. I did not know where to begin, but with his help everything worked out fine."

"Dave was excellent. I was selling a house in Berks Township but live in the midwest. I saw a review that talked about him selling a house for someone that lived away from the area. Using that review I decided to give him a try. WOW!! I am so glad I did. Dave was extremely professional, knowledgable, helpful and respectful. He knows the right people to get the job done. I needed someone to do some minor repairs and painting. He got them for me at an extremely reasonable price. I needed the house completely cleaned. He got the right person to do that, also at a reasonable price. It just so happened it snowed a couple of inches a couple of times and there he was getting me the help to get the snow shoveled. Every time I turned around if I needed something he was there to take care of it. I find it funny that he thought we would have a contract within 21 days. Well we had a contract in several days with a quick closing in 19 days. I know that was probably also pure luck but Dave and now his team were there to get it all done even with me out of the state. He represented us in the closing so we didn't have the additional cost of flying to the closing. I was so impressed by his attentiveness and friendliness. I literally can't say anything bad about Dave or his team. He even called me a couple days after the closing to make sure we had the check and wanted to know if we were satisfied with his services. He didn't have to check in on us but he did."

"Allows knew are best interest were being covered once we signed with Dave. Top notch professional group and they take the stress out of the process. Very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend. Dave discussed pricing home with an open and interactive approach. We all agreed on list price and house was under contract in five days, bonus was offer was substantially over list as Dave negotiated the best deal for us."
